Just got home. Had to make up an extra hour in the clinic tonight because of being over at Hogwarts for Potions classes (speaking of which, that class is MUCH more entertaining now than it was the first time around) and I ended up sitting in on a Hippogryff that was calving.

They were still working on the dam when I had to go but the little one was doing well, tried to rip my arm off and everything, so I'd say she has a fighting chance.

Cute little thing. Kind of reminded me of Natasha

Now I'm going to sit back with some leftover takeaway and try to go to bed early. Did I miss anything exciting?

Rox, thanks for all the help settling in, although I did end up charming the coverlet blue. The purple thing was a bit too much.

All set up to begin the end of the rest of my life at the beginning of the week, picked up my uniform robes and my books and the other equipment I need. I sort of can't wait. My schedule is eight to eight Monday through Thursday, then Friday and Saturday mornings (minus Potions classes at Hogwarts). So I'll be some of you this fall!

So I've let one of the Hogsmeade Flats. My animal healing program starts September first and I need to be moved in by then. It just makes sense too because I'm going to be going up to Hogwarts for Potions Classes. It's small but there's a pull out couch for guests and it's on the first floor so I'll be close to Juno and most of my friends are moving in there as well or already have so it's all good. Roxanne are you going to help me move in this weekend?

It's alright. Really. There's no point in you paying rent if you're going to not be around much and you can always crash here when you need a place for Hogsmeade or whatever.

The pumpkin juice my Step Mother had in the house has apparently gone off and there was a massive argument about it this morning between the parentals. Honestly, I had no idea they were so passionate about the stuff. I mean, I might have left it on the counter overnight but someone else could have put it away. really don 't understand it. Rox, I am going to miss you when you're at Hogwarts but will be glad to be going off on my own again.

Now... Juno, Scarlett, and I have a team for the film festival but we need two more people. Volunteers??? We probably need another bloke and then the fifth spot could go either way. Actors would be good and possibly someone that likes writing.

And Fred, when you and your girlfriend are done trying out all the beaches in Jamaica let me know so we can start our flat hunt again. I'm thinking it's going to be Hogsmeade, as that place near London is taken .
